How we help Small Cabinets Shops

This project marks another collaboration with a valued long-term client, who operates a small cabinet shop equipped with power tools and a table saw but lacks a CNC machine. Focused on enhancing their production efficiency, we tackled the upper room kitchen. Let’s delve into the specifics of how we optimized their production speed

Client Request

” Next project…Images attached. There will be no uppers for these cabinets because of the sloped ceiling. Base cabinets only. Looking at the photo, the left wall is 111″ long, the back wall is 118″ across, and the right wall is 118″ long. The sketch is what the client gave me for what they want. This is going in the same house as the one you just finished, so use the same door style. Beaded frames and inset doors again. Please make sure you have at least 16mm of inset on the face frame from the inside face of the cabinet side. This is to allow the inset hinges to fit. Please do these ones with 1/8″ gap on all sides of doors/drawers. Color will be green for the doors/drawer fronts and face frames. Internals to be prefinished plywood. Please let me know what else you need”

Project Delivery

After gathering initial details and finalizing project specifics through a brief video call, we proceeded to create detailed shop drawings and compile a purchase list for the doors and drawer fronts, which will be sourced externally.
